Terms of purchase and use of services in Overvinne AS

Overvinne is owned and operated by the psychology and technology company Overvinne AS. When you purchase a subscription to Overvinne, you enter into an agreement with Overvinne AS, company registration number 913820622. Overvinne AS, through Overvinne, provides healthcare services regulated by the Norwegian Health Personnel Act.

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations regarding the purchase of subscriptions and other use of services from Overvinne.no, App Store, or Google Play provided by Overvinne AS.

When you become a subscriber or register a user account on Overvinne, you enter into a user agreement describing and regulating how Overvinne uses collected information. All customers and members must create an account to access the full content of Overvinne. Username and password are personal and must never be distributed to others.

We encourage you to read the terms in their entirety, especially to understand how your personal data is handled by Overvinne. We may update these terms from time to time without specific notice. In the event of significant changes, you will be asked to review and accept the terms again.


Ordering and payment

If you already have a user account on Overvinne, use the same login details when purchasing mobile applications or other services from Overvinne.

The minimum age for membership on Overvinne is 18 years. Membership is strictly for personal use.

Subscriptions can be entered into for different periods. Current options and prices are available on the Overvinne website or within the app prior to purchase. New prices and product changes are announced on the website at least 14 days before implementation. New prices also apply to subscriptions prepaid under the previous pricing.

All subscriptions are prepaid for the agreed term. Access to digital services is activated upon ordering. Subscriptions will cease in the event of non-payment.

Current payment terms at Overvinne have the following limitations: 1 month = 30 days, 6 months = 182 days, 1 year = 365 days.

Valid payment methods include card payments and in-app purchases from Apple and Google. Temporarily pausing digital subscriptions is not possible.

Purchases of Overvinne's digital services via App Store are subject to Apple's user terms. The same principle applies to Google Play. Such purchases are not registered with Overvinne, and subscriptions are managed through your Apple/Google account rather than Overvinne's website.

Consultation - Non-appearance and cancellation

ppointment cancellations must be made no later than 2 working days (48 hours) before the scheduled time. Cancellations or changes, regardless of reason, must occur within 48 hours before the appointment to avoid being charged the full fee.

To reschedule a consultation, contact your chosen psychologist directly or customer support for assistance.

Duration and termination

Your membership automatically renews for the subscription period selected unless canceled. Services remain accessible for the prepaid duration. Membership without a fixed term can be terminated at any time, effective from the next billing cycle. Non-payment constitutes cancellation.

Right of withdrawal

You have a right of withdrawal according to the provisions of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.

You will receive a withdrawal form with your order confirmation and may withdraw by notifying us within 14 days after receiving this form.

Under the Right of Withdrawal Act, you have 14 days to withdraw your purchase without needing to provide a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after subscription payment. Read more about withdrawal here.

Technical requirements for using the Overcome app and Overcome video app

Our apps support the latest versions of Android and iOS (iPhone). We strive for backward compatibility, but due to security and practical considerations, using the latest OS version is recommended.

Rights

All rights to services and content from Overvinne belong to Overvinne AS. Copying, distribution, or duplication of content is prohibited without written agreement from Overvinne AS.

Liability in case of downtime or technical problems

Overvinne's services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or other reasons. Overvinne AS strives to provide prior information about limitations.

If Overvinne’s services become unavailable due to strikes, lockouts, or other issues beyond our control (force majeure), our liability is limited to refunding prepaid subscription fees for the corresponding period. Notify us promptly via post@overvinne.no or customer support.

Downtime lasting 3 hours or more is considered significantly delayed service.

Overvinne is not liable under any circumstances for consequences or losses resulting from services not functioning as expected.

Processing of personal data

Overvinne AS is responsible for processing personal data related to your subscription. For further details, see our privacy policy.

Consent to Marketing

As an active, paying customer, you will never receive calls or third-party advertisements. Electronic marketing to non-active members requires explicit consent, which can be withdrawn anytime via unsubscribe links.

Conflict resolution

Complaints should be directed to Overvinne within a reasonable timeframe. Parties should first attempt amicable dispute resolution. If unsuccessful, the buyer may contact the Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for mediation, available at phone 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.
